Terms of Service

The final Terms of Service will govern use of the Strike Dashboard and the licensing of managed trading algorithms — including plan billing, licence scope, acceptable use, and termination. That document does not exist yet, and no general terms govern your use of this site in the meantime. Three things are already real, though, and this page should not be read as denying them: signing in with a Strike account works and is how an account exists here; licences can be bought, charged from your Strike balance; and the Executor Terms are a binding agreement with a recorded acceptance that gates whether a run will start.
